Important Booking & Pricing Information

  • Sales Tax: All amounts are subject to applicable sales tax.

  • Pricing Policy: Prior to booking, pricing is subject to change at any time throughout the year for various reasons. However, once a date is booked and contracts are signed, pricing will not be adjusted.

  • Event Insurance Requirement: A $1,000,000 event insurance policy is required, with White Knot Barn listed as an additional insured.

  • Military & Veteran Discount: 5% off for active-duty military members and veterans. A valid military ID is required.

  • Non-Profit Discount: 5% off for 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organizations. Proof of status must be provided.

    To ensure a smooth and stress-free end to your celebration, our team will handle post-event cleaning and tear down of tables and chairs. Cleanup begins at 11 PM, with our staff starting in areas away from the party to minimize disruption. We kindly ask that all tables be cleared by the end of your event (Midnight) to allow for an efficient and seamless wrap-up.
